Campus Business Terms of
Service

The Campus Business services allow student business entities to create and manage a Profile on Campus Business.

To use the Campus Business services and features, and functionality a student business entity must accept the Campus Business Terms of Service. The individual accepting the Terms for the business entity must be an authorized representative of the business entity that will be listed on the Campus Business.

Please read the Terms carefully. They establish what you can expect from us as you use Campus Business services, how we license and may use your Profile information, and what we expect from you. As used in these Campus Business Terms, "you" means the business entity using the Campus Business Services.

What we expect from you

You’re responsible for the entity listed on your Profile, meaning, in addition to following the basic rules of conduct in the Campus Business Terms of Service, you must, when using the Campus Business services:

• Comply with applicable laws and industry best practices when operating and promoting your entity, including obtaining all applicable licenses("to be implemented") and approvals.
• Ensure that your content is correct, up to date, and complete.
• Supply all required disclaimers, warnings, and notices (or if you rely on any supplied by Campus Business, ensure their sufficiency for your entity).

Privacy Policy

Data Collection:
"We collect your profile information when you create an account or profile to provide your content to pontential buyers."

Use of Information:
"We use your information to provide you with access to our website, fulfill your orders, and send you marketing emails with your consent."

Third-Party Sharing:
"We may not share your information with third-party service providers, if there will be changes on this, the student business entity will be updated."

Data Security:
"We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including using industry-standard encryption and firewalls."

User Rights:
"You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt-out of receiving marketing emails if any."
